WEE ROCK MUSIC FESTIVAL - FREE! Sunday October 14th - Noon till 5pm. The "Wee Rock Music Festival" is on Sunday, October 14, 2007 at the Adams Recreation Center.
35th Street at Adams Ave, San Diego CA.
This FREE event will showcase local bands in a picnic style, family friendly atmosphere. The bands will perform familiar children’s songs employing their own melodic approach, as well as some of their original tunes. Income will be generated from a raffle held throughout the event, along with space rental earnings from food and merchandise vendors.
All proceeds will benefit Guitars in the Classroom, a national non-profit organization, to start a GITC program in San Diego city schools. GITC brings music into elementary and middle schools by offering teachers free guitars, music education, song leadership and music integration lessons.
Jumble Bugs will be providing a Jumble Bugs gift basket which will be raffled off. Also, we'll be handing out free Jumble Bugs coloring-in pages, and every child has the chance to win a Jumble Bug by writing their name on a piece of paper which we will randomly draw at the end of the day. THINK PINK INDY ART & CRAFT FAIR - FREE! Saturday September 29th - 10am till 4pm. Jumble Bugs will be participating in this arty and crafty event benefitting the Keep a Breast Foundation.
Saturday September 29th from 10am till 4pm at Lou's Records in Encinitas - 434 North Coast Highway 101, Encinitas CA.
We will have Johnny the Punk and Leilani the Hula Girl toys for sale, as well as greeting cards, buttons, bookmarks, sew-on patches and other goodies!
At day's end all vendors will donate a portion of their sales to Keep-A-Breast. There will be additional Keep-A-Breast events at neighboring businesses - 454 Tattoo, Embellishments, Aesthetyx, Bergamot, the Panninkin and more!

Jumble Bugs are recommended for ages 5 and up, although
people of all ages have become very fond of them.
